A mockup showing size, placement and colors. Nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.

Lead time starts at proof approval (and deposit, where required).

Inspection & delivery
Checked against the approved proof, then delivered to your site, property or warehouse.
Artwork requirements
- Vector files preferred: .AI, .EPS, .PDF or .SVG, with fonts converted to outlines.
- Raster images at 300 dpi at the final print size (PNG with transparent background).
- Pantone (PMS) color references for accurate color matching.
- No vector file? We can redraw your logo; a fee may apply and is shown on the quote.
Standard terms
- Written proof approval is required before production.
- Over/under runs of up to 5% (decorated stock) or 10% (custom-manufactured goods) are standard and billed at actual quantity.
- Color is matched to Pantone within normal production tolerances; fabric and substrate can shift the final shade.
- Custom and decorated goods can't be cancelled or returned after proof approval, except for defects.
- Large custom and private-label orders typically require a deposit (commonly 50%).
- You confirm you have the right to use the logos and trademarks you send us.
- Decoration never alters a safety product's rating: no logos over retroreflective tape, and hard hats are decorated only with manufacturer-approved methods.
